At The Science Camp, we believe that learning should be an adventure filled with curiosity, creativity, and excitement. Our after-school clubs are designed to ignite a passion for science in children, providing a dynamic and engaging environment where young minds can explore, experiment, and discover the wonders of the world around them.

Our programs offer a unique blend of hands-on activities and interactive lessons that make complex scientific concepts accessible and fun. The Science Camp – Terms & Conditions

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling Bookings are only valid upon written confirmation from The Science Camp. Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the first session are eligible for a refund minus a €20 administrative fee. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the start date are non-refundable, unless a replacement is found. Once the club has started, no refunds are provided for withdrawal, unless a replacement is arranged. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with childs details, event or school/club details via email to: info@thesciencecamp.nl

Photography & Media Consent We may take photos or videos during activities for promotional use. No identifiable images of children will be used without signed parental consent. Consent forms are presented at the start of events or through registration platforms.
