DRAMA CLUB ON FRIDAYS WITH RACHEL STEWART AND HER ACTIVE CHILDREN'S THEATRE COMPANY

Friday Drama club at Denise offers some great performance opportunities for your young actors. The class works towards a spectacular year end musical theatre production in June. During the weekly lessons your child will discover ways to express themselves creatively and make strong dramatic choices in their acting and character work. The lessons focus on all aspects of stagecraft including acting, movement, dance and song. The club leader Rachel Stewart has extensive experience as a writer and director of children's theatre and 20 years of experience in coaching children of all ages and abilities for theatre. Rachel has also worked with production company Hans Kok as a casting agent for Noordhof educational films casting many of the children she teaches into semi professional projects. She has experience as a Shakespearean director, as well as an extensive background as a writer and coach of musical theatre.

Friday drama class at Denise offers a great creative outlet for your child while, building their confidence and their ability to communicate and think on their feet. Your child will develop a strong performance skill set under Rachel's guidance and benefit from her tailormade approach to coaching. Rachel focuses on each child and tailors her shows to stretch, heighten and showcase each child's individual talents.
